HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY
Your credit card number is required to guarantee your hotel reservations. Remember to use the

Credit Card authorization form to secure your reservation.

If you cancel your reservation, the hotel will apply cancellation charges to your credit card as follows:

Days prior to date of arrival Total amount to be paid to the hotel by attendee
91 + days No penalty
90 - 60 days 25 %
59 - 30 days 50%
29 - 1 day 75%
Day of arrival/no show Will be charged at 100%

If you need to cancel, please send an email to sales@tacotal.com before 90 days of your reservation and a full refund will be made to your credit card.
